  Modifications: compiled to WebAssembly (models/normalizer.wasm) behind a small C ABI
  (alloc, dealloc, normalize, result_ptr, result_len) using the "fallback" ambiguity policy.
  The binary also contains its Rust dependencies and the Rust standard library; their
  notices are in licenses/normalizer-tr-THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.

tts.js reimplements text handling, chunking and the frame timeline of the ema-lightning
Python package (Apache-2.0) in JavaScript.

onnxruntime-web 1.30.0 (MIT, Microsoft) is redistributed in vendor/.

EMA Ses Atölyesi adapts the JavaScript engine from ozcancelik/ema-lightning-web
(https://github.com/ozcancelik/ema-lightning-web, Apache-2.0).
Changes: self-hosted WASM runtime, download progress, session cleanup, worker orchestration,
new Turkish interface, offline application caching, and WAV playback/download.
